Images were printed on white card stock and layered on to a white base card. The area behind the "over the edge" feature can be left white or, as I did with mine, use the extra piece of background as an accent.

The sentiment is also over the edge using dimensional double stick pads on the left side only. I might a number to the balloon for the age for that special little girl.
