I printed the sheet onto white card, cut out all the elements and then stuck them onto another sheet of card so I could create the gatefold (the sentiment panel is in the centre of the card and the two shapes overlap).

The cross has been decoupaged with foam pads.

I made a little stand for the back of the card so it would stand unaided. This is a quick card to make - it took me around 20 mins from start to finish.
