Green & Gold 8x8 Christmas InsertCompleted by Taina Kankare

I printed the Green and Gold Christmas insert and cut the middle section out. Then I attached an ordinary Christmas card in the opening. The card includes a winter landscape, a red rural house and a bunch of oats straw and grains for birds. These themes are most loved here in Finland. I attached my card front on a green base card leaving a narrow green border. Then I decorated the card with two decoupage layers of the corner decorations.

Next I opened the insert into my photo editor. I made a mirror copy of it and wrote the lyrics of a Christmas carol into it. Then I made another one without mirroring with Christmas and New Year greetings. I printed the inserts and attached them inside the card.
