I had made an 8 x 8 card, so I needed the insert to be larger. If you print the sheet out as is, you get a 6 x 6 inch square insert.

So I insert the image into a word document, cropped it and enlarged it - nothing more fancy. I then printed the image out on 160 gsm ordinary plain white paper.
