I printed the insert design on to good quality copy paper. Cut out, trimmed and folded to size. Attached to card base using double sided sticky tape.

I printed out the insert to attach to the already made card.
Due to the fact that I had used a very bright cardstock, I just cut off the bottom section of the insert and just used the top half for something different - allowing the card giver to be able to write a lengthly message inside.
