Female Birthday InsertCompleted by Susan Skipper

I took the original topper image into Microsoft Word and resized it. I also took the associated backing paper into Word and lightened it so that it did not overpower the topper.

I printed out the associated insert as is and borderless.

The base card in an A5 white card blank. I printed the background paper and the insert onto 160 gsm white paper and the resized topper onto photo satin paper (4 times).

I cut down the backing paper to fit and matted and layered it onto silver mirri card.

I cut out the resized topper and also matted and layered it onto silver mirri card and mounted it on the card front with 2mm foam tape.

I then decoupaged the handbag and accessories. I stamped a greeting onto a piece of the photo satin card, edged it in black and mounted on silver mirri and added to the front of the card.

I stamped the same greeting onto the insert, trimmed the insert to fit and added. I also added some silver ribbon, a pink pearl buckle and some silver brads to the front of the card.
