Printed onto good quality white paper then trimmed & folded. Attached to matching card using double sided tape.
This insert sheet was super quick - just printed onto normal copy paper, cut down to size on each edge and adhered with a couple of pieces of narrow DST inside the card, which was on a black card base.
The matching card sheet was picked especially for my former employer who just turned 40.
