I used a 7" white square card and to create the decoupage. Glued 6mm royal blue and red iridescent pearls in opposite corners. Attached a metal snowflake charm from Printable Heaven on the hat with tacky glue. Added a pair of googly eyes on the unicorn.

Attached the matching insert inside with d/s tape. Added the matching motifs on the back of the card.
