I used a Dovecraft 5" x 7" gold metallic card. Attached 6mm white, turquoise and navy blue iridescent pearls in opposite corners.

Added Dovecraft crystal glitter glue on the Santa hats and the snowflakes. Added extra 3D squares under the bow to create a raised effect

Attached the matching insert inside with d/s tape. Added the matching motifs on the back of the card and the envelope
