Retro Chocolate Insert 2Completed by Darlene Handorff
OccasionHere?s one for Father?s Day.
Darlene?s Balloon Cards!
I have found a new way to display these inserts and backgrounds that really draws the eye. I print the insert onto a good white paper that is a little transparent. Then the card stock is folded in half as it normally would be. Do not fold the insert. I then use a strong but easily removable tape ( I use post it tape) to attach the printed insert on both side ends folded 1/4'' to 1/2" of the paper to the card stock. I then open and close the card with the paper insert adhered until when the card is opened the paper balloons outward. Then I just put the balloon card under a nice light and then it has a nice glow. If you are giving it to someone just write your message like normal and it will show up nicely. I use the easily pulled tape so when the card is taken down it will not tear as it folds flat. Hope you like these and try making them.
