I opened up the file in Coral Paint Shop Pro and added text to the insert. I then resized it slightly larger and then printed it onto ordinary printer paper.
I cut out the image using a guillotine and used a rounded corner punch to round the corners before sticking it inside a 5 x 5 card.
A lovely insert that I will use over and over again.
