Inserts are simple to make. Just print them onto paper, fold them in half, making sure you have the central fold in the middle of your design and then cut around the edges for a nice fit for your card.
This can be with straight cut scissors or with scissors which give a fancy edge. Use a narrow strip of double sided tape each side the central fold to stick it into your card.
