French Noel Christmas Card InsertCompleted by Christine Young

This design which is a vintage Christmas greeting.

It is designed by Eileen Mikolayunas who I have bought other of her designs with a French connection. I love her designs as they are unusual,

I have made this card front with the Noel part of this design which I printed on to 120gsm paper 3 times, and I printed the Christmas tree design as the insert for the card. The sheets were then laminated.

I decided it would go on this 8 x 8ins scalloped card.

I cutout the base of the design and added it to the card with DST. then I cut out two smaller parts for layering up the design using deep foam tape. Then I put DST on the back of the tree design that I am using as an insert and fixed that to the inside of the card.

To finish off the card I put some gorgeous red glitter braiding down the two sides of the card stuck them with foam pads. Then I placed this fine narrow lace between the design and the red glitter braid and glued that into place.

The buyer if they wish can have there card personalised with names or relationship eg. Mum and Dad. This will not cost you extra. Just email me with the details you want I will attach them before despatching.
