Rose With Deepest Sympathy A5 InsertCompleted by Pamela Horton The whispering Platypus

Thank you for offering this sympathy card insert for purchase. I have used the deign sentiment as the main image for this card. I printed the sheet twice onto the same A4 white satin finished 170gsm, photo paper. I then had 4 single images to use.

Using the sentiment image as the main backing sheet for the card front, I have used 2 backing sheets. The deep rose pink textured, cut at 11.5x9.5cm and the satin finished gold cut at12.5x10.5cm and the main image I have attached together to complete the topper using D.S. tape.

I prepared the main card printing a pink version of the design by Clare Walker, Christmas Lace Effect, cup814313_79993, onto satin finished photo paper, cut it down to measure23.5x14cm, edged the card front with soft rose pink and the inside with metallic gold before attaching the topper using D.S. tape.

I have embellished the card front using decorative gold peel off strips. I used the second image of the sentiment to carefully remove the shaped framed sentiment and used silicon glue to attach this to the card front.

I have used the retained pink outer frame to attach over my special message before attaching the insert panel to the inside of the card.

I have been able to use this design to make several different versions, by altering the shades of the backing sheets to bronze and black, brown and gold to suit a male sympathy and yellow, pale green with bronze for a different female version.
