You can of course use it for any other design you wish.
The edges are easily trimmed should you need to make this design smaller, or you could even cut the insert in half and use for plaques inside two cards!

I printed the insert on 120 gsm paper, I cut it out and inserted both sections into the card using dst.
This is a gorgeous insert.
