Scarlett Cat Insert - DL Card - I printed onto Matt Photo Paper and hand-cut the elements.
I used cardstock and background paper from my personal stash for the mats and layers.
I used 3D foam pads to attach the main image.
Extra layers and embellishments will be added at a later date when the recipient is chosen.
I keep my cards flat for storage purposes.
