Let me be the first one to wish you all a Happy New Year 2013!
Because I?m one who believes it will come and we will all be here to celebrate! I made this as a small poster at 7? x 10? and attached it to a red card stock 8 1/2? x 11?. I also added the gold banner Happy New Year 2013 and the gold numbers on the diagonal. The lady is popping out of the box and tipping her hat, and looks like a velum
print. The background is black and the swirl and flower design are in gold. I added a gold spray mist and glued some small white confetti pieces on and I may before giving this one out put on a few little gems in the flower circles. Easy to make just print and attach as a card front if you want a card instead of a poster size.
