Cut fan shape from dark blue card, and spayed with glitter.

I used origami paper in the paper folding. The whole of the fan has been outlined with fine peel offs also using the same for the fan sticks. Plain peel offs have been used for the corner frames with some oriental text and a happy birthday peel off. Three square gold gems set off the handle of the fan.
