3 Kings in the DesertCompleted by Marts Card Shop

The template and iris folding design were easy to use. The trickiest bit for me was the crowns and faces! I positioned the template on dark blue card to create a 17.5x17.5cm panel.

I used three different patterned papers from a Christmas pad - the pattern uses two different papers per king, but I just used one each.

I used a small circle die to cut out the heads and drew on the eyes and mouth with black pen.

The crowns and gifts have been cut from mirri card and glitter card. I used peel off strips to create the ribbon around the gifts.

I used PVA glue to attach the heads, crowns and gifts. I finished the kings using large gems for the hands. I have added a silver 'Merry Christmas' peel off and silver peel off stars to the design. The design panel was layered onto block glitter card using foam tape and then layered onto a 20x20cm scalloped card.
