I cut out and made up the image following the designers instructions. I chose a cream 7x5 card blank and added the design using double sided tape. I then used some holographic and gold peel off flower embellishments and completed the card with a sentiment using peel off letters.

The "Happy Birthday" tag supplied was used inside the card.
