I enlarged the design by 50% & stitched some satin ribbon in 1/2 lengthways & used it to Iris-Fold the mortarboard.Holographic silver card for the scroll,gloss gold relief on matt gold card for a "feathery" look to the wings,matt gold paper for the face & body & matt bronze paper for the tail .All these mediums made it slightly bulky,but gave the finished body of the card a fantastic 3D effect even before mounting on red card & adding embellishments.I left the bottom of the card blank for the recipients' name.
