Cut out the Crown of Hearts child's tiara and bands. Cut out an extra band to create an adult sized tiara.

Glued 6mm cerise, yellow and blue iridescent pearls on the bands. Added 3mm & 4mm assorted pearls and gemstones on the tiara. Attached a 10mm pearl which I coloured Fuschia. Glued wooden numbers from Printable Heaven on the front.
