Victorian Christmas 3D Frame Card & EnvelopeCompleted by Cheryl French

Printed onto glossy photo paper. I cut out the bottom portion of the lower frame and attached to card stock. Added the top frame using 1mm foam pads. Built up decoupage with 1mm foam pads. Added frosted lace glitter glue to fur on cape.

Completed the card front with peel off bells and text. Used the other portion of the frame as an insert which I attached using ds tape.
