I printed the card parts of this kit onto good quality white card, the front and decoupage onto photo paper, the numbers insert and envelope onto 160gsm card.
I cut out all pieces, scored and folded where necessary.
Before I put the two pieces of the base together, I attached the number wheel to the front with a small brad.
I added the decoupage on the front using foam pads and also affixed two silver metal snowflake brads. I then attached the front to the base using foam pads, taking care not to put any foam which would impede the movement of the wheel.
I then matted the sentiments onto silver holographic card and used foam pads again to attach them to the front.
I assembled the envelope and made up one of the gift tags. A superb card which should go down well with children (not to mention the mums who have to answer 'how many more sleeps mum?' - the answer is there for them to see.
If you have not tried one of these kits, I urge you to do so - they are easy to make and you will not be disappointed with the results.
