I printed onto good quality smooth card and made up following the easy instructions. I added the pieces and decoupaged with sticky pads (back and front) I added 2 small die-cut animal heads peeping from the front.

When you pull the tabs the baby moves left and right. Folds flat in an instant when you pull and stands up again when you push
