I printed the design onto good quality 255gsm photographic paper and cut it out. I cut out the design as instructed. I assembled the decoupage using thin foam tape.

I folded the main part of the design, threaded the shelf through the slits on the front and back and then added each upright starting from the inside out.

I printed the envelope/box onto 160gsm paper and cut it out. I assembled the box using strong double sided tape. I added the greeting using thin foam tape.
