This is a stunning concept, that is very easy to make, but gives an amazing impact, anyone would be impressed that you had actually made this card!
This card, although 3D, folds flat for posting and will fit an envelope used for square, 8 inch x 8 inch cards.
A photographic step by step tutorial, is included in the kit.
The design shows no white paper at all, whatever angle you look at it from, it is patterned. A sentiments panel is on the back of the card with several sentiments to choose from including: Happy Birthday; Happy Birthday Mum; To a Wonderful Mum; Happy Birthday Sister; Thank You; With Love; Best Wishes; Just For You; Congratulations!; To My Special Friend; To Someone Special.
If none of these sentiments are suitable a Blank Label is also included for your own peel-offs or stamp. Anyone would be appreciative to receive a card like this, for any occasion! Printed all sheets onto 220gsm card then cut out. Fastened pieces together using glue stick then left to dry. Assembled as instructions. Added butterfly decoupage using wet glue on bodies & curled wings. Finished with glitter on all butterflies. An easy to make but stunning card.
I printed the design onto good quality 255gsm photographic paper and cut it out. I scored and folded the twin table as instructed. I assembled the decoupage using thin foam tape. I attached the different panels using wet glue.
I added a blob of silicone glue under one wing of each butterfly to add more definition. I added the greeting of my choice to the back of the card. A gorgeous card when completed and will fold flat for posting in an 8x8 envelope.
