I printed the design onto crafty Bob's matte photo paper and cut out all the elements.I decided to use the teapot as a topper...I mounted it onto card stock and added the decoupage using foam pads...to finish the card I used one of the sentiments and added a bow...a lovely design suitable for lots of occasions.
