Vintage Couple Em Anglaise Scalloped 3D Decoupage Card Kit
I have designed this kit in my scalloped card style with embroidery anglaise and a touch of vintage thrown in, and it includes a picture card for the card base, a blank lace card, 1 sheet of
decoupage elements to build the front up of the card, using either the plain base or the picture base. There is a matching envelope and 2 sheets of tone on tone backing
paper to use together or separately to the kit. The decoupage sheet has the scallop lace base layer, the fancy paper layer, the lace trim and 2 picture cameos to build
into a fab card. The cards both have Made for you by on the back so you just have to add your name. Ideal for both new crafters and seasoned decoupagers.

I thought this would make a lovely wedding card. I printed out the main image onto 300gm white pearlescent card. I then did the decoupage onto 190gm gloss photo paper to bring out the stronger colours.
I attached 2 layers of cream lace to the top of the central piece of the card using glue dots and then put the brown back image onto the card with DST.
I added the ribbon with DST and placed some pearls onto it. Finally I added the image of the bride and groom (vintage couple) with 2mm foam mounting tape and put a pretty peach organza bow at the top above them with a pearl in the centre.
I completed the matching envelope using DST to stick the sides down.
