I printed the envelope onto 120gsm paper, pop out inner onto 160gsm card and the rest onto 200gsm photo paper and scored, as required, before cutting out, I passed the front and back through the printer to add the backing paper.
I assembled the envelope using wet glue and followed the great instructions from Janice to make up the main card and then added the decoupage using foam pads.
