. I cut out all the elements. I glued the frame base and put one of the card inside. Then, using foam pads, I attached the front of the card to the frame base. A cute card.){kind=link}

I printed the base onto great cardstock and the card and decoupages onto gloss photo paper. I changed the page of decoupages to make it too easy to cut (adding blue sky where needed). I cut out all the elements.
I glued the frame base and put one of the card inside. Then, using foam pads, I attached the front of the card to the frame base. A cute card.
