Copied to glossy photo paper and hand cut all the elements. A wonderful oriental design with the potential of being for a female or male recipient. I have changed the layout of this card as follows :- Used green card from my stock which is embossed with dots.

Added two strips of white lace down each side. Raised the front layer with double sided foam pads. Put a Happy Birthday greeting on the front tag. Inside I have used the base layer and a plain tag for you to add your sentiments. A purely gorgeous card for someone special.
