I printed the sheets on quality cardstock and cut out the design. I used foam pads to decoupage and double sided tape for the rest of the card construction. Though the card looks to be complicated to make, it is really quite easy to fold, following the excellent instructions provided.

I added some champagne glasses and bottles as most balloon rides begin or end with a celebration.
