Extremely easy to make and go mad with decorating. for a lovely gift.
How about also considering a gift for a young girl for her Prom night in matching colours to the dress she will be wearing.

I cut the template from Centura Pearl Ivory card and layered the skirt with a circle of tulle, added some silver flower braid.
Makes a stunning First Communion Keepsake.
