I followed the instructions supplied with this kit. I printed the main sheets on medium weight card and the envelope sheets on lightweight card. Scored and folded where marked before cutting out. Attached front to back and the 3D elements with DST.

Made the envelope using DST to attach the parts together. Brilliant design, clear instructions.
