I printed the folding mechanism and inner panel onto 160gsm card and the rest onto 200gsm photo paper. I put the front and back through the printer again to add a backing, I scored before cutting out and then assembled the card as per instructions.

I used foam pads to add the decoupage. A striking card that is easy to make and sure to wow and impress recipients.
