Printed onto Gloss Photo Paper. After cutting out all the elements, I used DST to attach the main topper to a white scalloped edge card.
I then built up the Decoupage using foam pads and tape.
Once I had constructed the design, I used DST to attach it all to the main Topper. As this design has many layers I used 3 sentiments Plaques using thicker pads. To finish, I used 7 Crystals in the middle of the Bow. I then put a Crystal on each corner of card. This makes up into a Beautiful card. It is a lovely design.
