Daffodil Bouquet 3D Gatefold Rosette Card

I printed the design onto good quality 255gsm photographic paper and cut it out. I followed the instructions included with the kit and joined the two sides of the card using wet glue. When this was dry I scored and folded the card as a gatefold as instructed.

I added a piece of contrasting organza ribbon to the inside of the card. Then I attached the lace holder and the daffodils over the ribbon using strong double sided tape. I closed the lace holder and tied the ribbon in a bow. I added glitter to the smaller flowers around the daffodils. I assembled the decoupage using thin foam tape.

I added the panels using thin foam tape. I added the pockets on the inside of the doors using strong double sided tape. I added the greetings to the pockets using thin foam tape.

I cut out the bookmarks and added a piece of organza ribbon to each and placed them into the pockets on the inside of the card.

I assembled the rosette following the instructions and assembled it using thin foam tape between the layers. I added the butterfly topper to the top of the rosette using thin foam tape and then added the extra wings for the butterfly using silicone glue.

This is a truly gorgeous card when completed. A different twist to the normal gatefold card.
