I cut out all parts and stuck the base card to plain white card, then layered the stacking pieces with foam pads.

I then outlined the wings and feelers with silver gel pen, stuck flat back diamantes down the body and at the edge of the wings, also top and bottom of card. I placed a single gold bead at the base of the tails, picked out the scroll detail and filled the wings with crystal glitter.
