I printed the sheets onto 180gsm glossy photo paper. Cut out all the elements. I used photo glue to stick the base to an 8x8 card blank then using sticky pads and slicone glue I added the scalloped layers.

This is a very rich looking card and could have little gems added to give a little sparkle.
