Beautiful card! I used Printmaster, a publishing program, to print onto a white 6x6 blank card. I printed the topper onto white card, cut and attached with sticky foam pads. I embellished the card with glitter glue, peel offs and pearls. I finished the card by using insert included in the kit.

I used the following verse - 'Congratulations you're 16 today! Our love and best wishes are sent to you on this your special day.'
