I started with an 8x8 card blank and covered it with silver embossed paper, then I matted the image onto silver holo card then pink pearl card, added a blue feather and used foam tape to mount it to the card blank.
I decoupaged the layers and used Icicle Stickles on the frame and leafy swirls. Star Dust stickles on the hair & dress of the lady and Frosted Lace Stickles on the roses at the base of the card.
