I printed all the sheets onto glossy photo paper. I cut out all the decoupage elements carefully using a ruler & cutting knife. I added the decoupage using sticky foam pads and glue stick, this gave me enough time to slide them into place before they stuck.

I mounted onto a shaped white card blank.
