cut out card base and covered front doors with the stripey backing paper (wish you could see front too lol) fastenend silver string to balloons and clowns hand then decoupaged him.
Glazed his nose and balloons to make them shine.
On front added round star tag and glittered star, added happy birthday tag on top.
