I printed out the sheet on 200gm glossy paper and cut out the base design I used double sided tape to stick this to the greeting card blank, using 2mm sticky foam pads I placed the decoupage pieces onto the base picture matching the picture up whilst going along to make this stunning wavy stacker card.
