A4 Extreme Decoupage Cream Bouquet Blue Rose KitCompleted by Maria Arnold

I decided to make this card really easy because the picture is so pretty, so all I did was print out just the main image and 'framed' it with a piece of pearlised cream card.

I used 2 A5 pieces of embossed gold card (back to back) and acetate for the card front, decorated the edges of acetate with gold peel offs, added a happy birthday and 2 gold butterfly peel offs.

Really simple but looked very effective.
