A lovely bumper kit
I printed the image on matte photo paper and cut out the elements and mounted with foam pads
I added the topper to the card base with double sided tape

Printed base card and all decoupage layers onto 220gsm card and attached layers with foam pads. Added a few pearl gems. Printed out the backing paper onto 120gsm paper and used as insert, adhered with dst. Great modern design.
