I chose options 5 and 10 from the 12 available and printed them onto 80gsm white paper. I used one to back the main card using DST and the other to make a layer for the topper, (taken from a crafter's companion cd) and the sentiment.

I mounted it all up using 2mm foam pads and used 16 peel-off corners to decorate. I then added the peel-off sentiment.
