I printed one of the papers from the design onto good quality photographic paper and cut it out. I made a shelf style base with the paper and then attached three tags from design 12 Pretty Pink Ballerina Crescent Tags, cUp 179746_880 to the design using thin foam tape.
It folds flat to go into a 5 x 7 envelope.
