I used 4 different mini polka dot backgrounds layered for effect. These backgrounds are from cup157457_27, cup157458_27, cup157459_27 and cup157460_27. The car image and rosette I purchased from Delightful Doodles. I brought all the images into my graphics program and arranged them as can be seen.
